SALAD OF MANGO, AVOCADO, APPLE AND GRAPPES

MY MEMORIES...

Today, I don't want write about cook. I want talk about one song that bring back many child memories and I want share this with the wrold.
Now, my friens, close you eyes and begin to relax... Victory is possible...

PAPAS ARRUGADAS (Typical from Canary)

INGREDIENTS

2Kg of black potatoes (papas)
Water
Salt

ELAORATION

Put the potatoes in a pot covered with water, add salt generously and cook over medium fire.
When you see which the potatoes are tender, you get the water and you put the fire to dry.
Now, you can put a hot sauce.

LEMON SALAD

INGREDIENTS

6 oranges
2 lemons
2 cloves of garlic
3 eggs fried
A piece of sausage
olive
oil
salt
sweet wine

ELABORATION

Peel the oranges and lemons and cut them. Put in a boil.
Cut the colves of garlic into small pieces.
Cut the sausage and put into salad. Put the eggs fried to above all.
Seasoned with olive oil and salt.
A jet of wine's take over and bon appetit!

STRAWBERRY CAKE

INGREDIENTS

600g of strawberries
400g of cottage cheese
250g of plain yogurt
30g of gelatine
3 egg whites
1 tablespoon of suggar

ELABORATION

Put 400g of strawberries in a blender, cut the rest and mix them with yogurt, suggar, cottage cheese and crushed strawberries.

Disslve gelatine in whater (al bany maria) and when is cold add the mix.
Whisk the whites (al punt de neu) and add in a mix.

Put all in a mold (desmontable) and let cold until set.

Remove to the mold and serve.

STRAWBERRIES WITH PEPPER

INGREDIENTS

1Kg of strawberries
125g of raw green pepper
75g of suggar
1 small glass of sweet wine
1L of vanilla ice cream

ELABORATION

Cleaned strawberries and put into a pan with pepper, suggar and sweet wine. Fry all until the strawberries are soft (5-10 min).

Serve hot strawberries with ice cream covered with sauce (optional).

SPONGE CAKE FORM VIC

INGREDIENTS

6 small eggs
125g of suggar
125g of flour
1 spoontable of baking powder

ELABORATION

Seperate the yolks from the whites. Put the yolks and the suggar in a bowl and fougth for a long time until they are consistent. The yolks lose color.

Then add flour and baking powder and stir good. Now at mounted whites (a punt de neu).

Put all on a tray lined into the oven (170ºC) about 18 minutes. Remove form oven and not seperate form the paper until it has colded.

COFFEE CREAM ANH CHOCOLATE

INGREDIENTS

9 egg yolks
4 tablespoon of coffee
4 dams of chocolate fondant
1 tablespoon of butter
3/4L of milk
300g of suggar
1 stick of vainilla
lemon peel

ELABORATION

Boil the milk with the vanilla amd lemon peel.
Mix the egg yolks, suggar, coffee and work it with a spatula.
Put the milk after having removed vainilla and lemon peel, and stir over low head.
Remove form head and let cold. Put into four containers.
Melt chocolate with butter and decorate the containers.

SMOOTHIES DATES WITH ALMOND MILK

INGREDIENTS

two glasses of almond milk condensed
one banana
ten dates
water

ELABORATION

Cut dates in half, get out the bone. Peel the banana and cut it. Put pot in fire and add three glasses of water and wait to boil. Getting out the fire and add almond milk. Mix and put dates. Waiting for it to cold. Adding the banana and blend.

PANCAKE

INGREDIENTS

two small eggs
milk
sugar
flour
butter
opcional ingredients: cinnamon and grated orange peel

ELABORATION

Put the eggs in the blender jar, add three spoonfuls of flour and one of sugar. If you can put cinnamon or grated orange peel. After, you adding milk. Mix with mixer until a little thick.
